If you do not have the PC hardware or the inclination to fly in VR, we can HIGHLY recommend that you fly with an Infra-red head tracking device.
These devices let you move your head in a natural way while flying using a 2D screen and that will modify the camera view on your monitor to show what you are looking at. It works great and can be very, very immersive.
