The THGF Desktop App is the hub for managing flying sites, designing XCSoar tasks, and configuring your THGF setup. Create and edit sites, assign task turnpoints, browse the full site database, and sync data to the website. Currently configured for MSFS 2020. MSFS 2024 support is in active development.

The THGF Widget is a standalone MSFS 2020 toolbar application required by all THGF gliders in MSFS 2020 (including the THGF Hawk and WW Falcon 4). Activated via the MSFS toolbar, it provides in-sim access to site selection, variometer settings, and flight data. In MSFS 2024 this functionality is replaced by the EFB app, which is integrated directly into each glider category package and no longer requires a separate install.

The THGF Addon Library provides the core simobject models used in all THGF-generated site packages for MSFS 2020. Includes animated wind indicators (windsocks, tell-tails, streamers) that respond to real-time wind direction and speed, plus launch ramps and other site furniture. Install once — required by every basic THGF site package. An MSFS 2024 version is in development.

The THGF Addon Scans library provides high-fidelity lidar-scanned models of real-world hang gliding equipment and campsite assets for use in custom THGF site packages. Includes hang glider transport trucks, pilot tents, camp furniture (chairs, stoves, gear tables), and ground equipment such as gliders in bags, harness bags, and launch crew gear. Used by site builders creating custom flying site packages beyond the basic auto-generated level. An MSFS 2024 version is in development.
