Perfex
weight-shift2024-L/D 10:19.4m span

Perfection in light-weight construction. One of our most successful gliders in terms of outstanding performance (for a floater) and wonderful handling. No surprise that the Perfex as with the Lightfex recieved top marks by test reports. Unique for all floaters are the fittings: Perunal tubing for glider-frame and sail battens, aerodynamic A-frame, king-post and sundry fittings as well as a perfectly profiled leading edge with mylar reinforcing and nose fairing.

Lightfex
weight-shift2024-L/D 10:19m span

Our floater for light pilots has performance data which can otherwise only be matched by good intermediate gliders. It's agility makes almost effortless flying possible, yet in spite of this there is no tendency whatsoever to yaw, which means that less experienced pilots feel well in control of the Lightfex. Although one of the lightest weight gliders available, the Lightfex due to its high-quality construction and materials can bear the brunt of the hardest of days on the practice hill.

Fly 17
weight-shift2024L/D 10:110.1m span

The Fly has been distilled from our much-praised Rio 2 sports glider. The Fly uses the same top-quality hardware and fittings as the Rio 2, but uses a new sail which has been designed to provide light, responsive handling. This nimble handling makes the Fly perfect for new pilots venturing out onto club sites for the first time. With the glider responding instantly to your inputs, you will quickly develop the confidence to make effective use of lift on the hill, and to fly with other gliders As well as making a great wing for any new pilot, the Fly is particularly well suited for a paraglider pilot who may be interested in learning to hang-glide (possibly inspired by the performance of the latest rigid wings!)

Atlas 14
weight-shift1979–2012L/D 9:19.3m span

Best-selling European beginner glider of the 1980s–2000s. Single-surface, single king post. Over 8,000 examples built. DHV Class 2. Pilot weights 50–75 kg. The Atlas first appeared in 1979 for novice pilots. Primary Single Surface Glider. One of the first 30% double surface wings handling was a little heavy but the best of the 4th gen. It only takes two quick pins to rig.

Malibu2 166
weight-shift2024 - presentL/D 9.5:19.2m span

Originally designed for beginner and intermediate pilots, the Malibu was soon adopted as the perfect "dune-gooning" wing and warmly welcomed by experienced pilots, due to its exceptionally slow speed and quick roll handling performance. Now in it's second generation, the Malibu2 sports a streamlined exterior incorporating a new reinforced trailing edge that blends seamlessly into the leading edge panel for not only a more sophisticated appearance, but also to boost the sail's durability. This improved sail cut design has created an unmistakable family resemblance to the Moyes high performance gliders with its homogenous and distinct colored rim tracing around the core sail.

Freedom 2 170
weight-shift2025-L/D 9:19.9m span

The FREEDOM is a curved tip, high aspect ratio Hang Glider, performance driven with 40% double surface. Designed for all pilots in mind, but especially the seasoned advanced pilot that wants a second wing on the vehicle that sets up quick, very easy to fly, comfortable in active air, feels like you can land almost anywhere - and performs substantially better than modern training hill gliders. A simple, lightweight glider that really performs! The FREEDOM is a is a modern performance design "single surface" glider. Full length mylar-reinforced leading edge, nose cone, and a king post hang system provides light bar pressure for X-C flying.

Mosquito 166
weight-shift1980L/D 10:110.61m span

Designed by Roy Haggard, chief designer at Ultralite Product since 1974, UP released the Mosquito almost at the same time as the Comet (1980). The Mosquito is a crossbar-less bowsprit glider with thinner leading edges (in diameter) that could be bent at high speed by tensioning the sail. Therefore, it had a light handling at low speeds and good penetration when flying faster. With its ultra-flat sail and its truncated ends, the Mosquito is a direct descendant of the Spyder of UP. Twenty pre-production prototypes were built for U.S. level racers to assess their capabilities in the world’s toughest cross-contry event, the XC “Classic” and “open” in Owens Valley. The results were: First place: Rich Pfeiffer – U.P. Mosquito. In addition, there were 4 U.P. Mosquito in the first 8 places, they won all the speed events and set 3 new world records in free flight. Its assembly is a bit complicated the first time … there are cables everywhere. Very solid wing with oversized cables. The wing tips are connected with a cable on the nose via a pulley. When you turn it tilts the ailerons.

Alpha 180
weight-shift2018–L/D ~10:18.6m span

Entry-level trainer. Lower AR than Falcon. King post with upper wires. USHPA Hang 1–2. Min sink speed ~27 km/h.

Falcon 4 145
weight-shift2015–L/D ~12:18.5m span

The Falcon 4 represents twenty years of cumulative refinement of the most popular and successful glider in Wills Wing’s history. Since 1994, the Falcon series of gliders have represented the most accessible, stress-free soaring performance available in hang gliding, and have helped to introduce an entire generation of new pilots to the sport. What’s New Updates on the Falcon 4 include a new sail cut and new sail panel layout, improved lateral stability at higher speeds and under aero tow conditions, and the option for the glider to be built with a Litestream Control bar for an extra $300. The Falcon 4 comes standard with an airframe that breaks down to shipping length, but is not short-packable into the 2 meter length. The short-packable airframe is an available option on the Falcon 4 for an extra $250. The 195 size features an extra batten for improved airfoil definition, and, on the standard airframe, a smaller diameter crossbar for reduced drag and improved performance.
