New: the pilot, harness and helmet are on the glider in external views (the pilot swings with the hang strap pendulum; never shown in VR); the hang strap is 8 in longer; the tow line attaches at a new glider tow point. EFB 0.2.37: community opt-in and paid-Patreon gating of the site-editing actions. HUD 2026.0.0.214, VARIO 2024.0.0.54 (paused / slewed time is kept out of the flight duration, no IGC fixes while paused), EFB 0.2.37. Hero Alpha update. Performance: the HUD and vario do far less work each frame (fewer sim reads and writes, nothing drawn while the HUD is hidden) -- smoother, especially in VR, where the HUD no longer changes the camera at all. New: task turnpoint markers for the active vario task (start / turn point / finish, cylinder or line; hidden once achieved; control-bar button 8 toggles them); the tow cart now shows at an airport spawn on tow; community opt-in matches your website callsign to either the hangar Tail Number or the hangar Call Sign. Fixes: releasing slew in flight no longer registers a crash (and no longer ends the IGC flight); the instrument toggle switches back out in normal camera mode; brakes, spoilers and VG writes now reach the sim correctly. HUD 2026.0.0.212, VARIO 2024.0.0.52, EFB 0.2.35. Requires THGF Helpers 0.22.1 (new) and the THGF Hawk tow plane.
